초록

The current study examines the travel experiences and emotional landscapes of individuals with mobility impairment utilising air and train transportation. We thoroughly 38 YouTube vidoes on air travel and 30 YouTube videos on rail travel to gain practical insights into the difficulties faced by people with mobility disabilities. Emotions were classified using a Long Short-Term Memory model, revealing that anger, fear, and joy were the most common emotions expressed. Key themes were identified through structural topic modelling for various travel phases, such as pre-trip planning, boarding, and post-journey transitions. The main issues identified included deficiencies in personal assistance, inadequate accessibility, and anxiety related to uncertainty. This study highlights the complexity of transportation-related mobility issues and the need for more accessible and supportive services. Addressing these barriers can improve travel experiences and promote greater social inclusion for individuals with mobility impairment.
