유압 천공기 드리프터의 굴진각도 편차 최소화 연구
초록
After the drilling work, the drilling angle manually performed by the operator and the drilling angle applying the drilling pattern are derived. After connecting 6 rods of 3.7m, drilling of 18.0m is carried out. To control the proportional valve, and embedded-base board is used to change the voltage and control the pressure through PWM control. Adjust the amplitude by inputting the input signal(Step signal) from the controller to maintain the feed pressure of 46 bar, impact pressure of 150 bar, and rotation pressure of 48 bar. When the load and load high, the drilling operation time is extended, and when the load is small, the drilling operation time is shortened. In order to minimize the drilling angle, the optimal drilling pattern is presented through sensor signal monitoring data, rotation of the drifter according to the drilling depth, impact, and feed pressure. Based on the results, we present the optimal drilling patterns that can minimize the drilling inclination angle.
