초록
omega-Aminotransferasew reversibly catalyzes the transamination reaction forr particular substrates with pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (PLP) as a cofactor. Homology modeling study in the omega-aminotransferase was performed using GeneFold module from the sequence similarities.
