산업안전보건법상 제조 등의 허가대상물질 정비방안 연구

초록

This research aims to suggest efficient, reasonable management plans of the permission substances in response to reinforcement of the domestic and foreign management systems against chemical substances. Based on the chemicals control act, it is necessary to review equity of the control levels of toxic substances and restricted materials in comparison with the other permission substances. It also needs to reinforce management level of substances having high exposure level and partly modify in consideration of the equity of management. The priorities of escalating to prohibited substances were given high scores in the possibility of substitutes, which consistently requires further studies.
