물리 발포제에 따른 우레탄-PDMS 하이브리드 폼의 밀도와 난연성에 대한 연구
초록
The urethane foam has been used in a variety of industries because it has low density and good mechanical strength. ? But it has the great weakness of being vulnerable to fire, so we foamed together polyurethane and polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) called the polyurethane-silicone hybrid foam. ? The polyurethane-silicone hybrid foam had relatively increased flame retardancy, but the density also increased because of the PDMS. ? So, we used hydrocarbon for physical blowing agent (PBA) that has the boiling point near the foaming temperature (100 ℃) such as, cyclopentane, hexane, heptane etc. ? Thus, we researched the most appropriate PBA considering the density and flame retardancy of the foam according to the type of PBA.
