초록

Composites of Poly(L-lactic acid-co-succinic acid-co-1,4-butanediol) (PLASB) were prepared by in situ polymerization with an organophilic clay having a special functional group, namely twice functionalized organoclay (TFC). The structure of the nanocomposites was analyzed by using X-ray diffractometry (XRD) (Fig 1.), thermo gravimetric analysis(TGA) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)(Fig 2.). The silicate layers of PLLA/TFC were intercalated. Not only Young’s modulus but tensile strength was greatly enhanced as a result of the compounding.PLLA. The layer amount of exfoliation of the silicate layers in PLASB/TFC was attributed to the reaction between PLASB and TFC.
