초록
Alkaline proteases of microbial origin represent the most widely exploited group of enzyme, which are widely applied as additives in detergents, food processing, tannery, pharmaceutical and chemical indu-stries and in waste-treatment processes(1). Moreover, thermostable protease are significant due to their ability to work in high temperature process conditions which expands their biotechnological relevance.
