최적화 방향성 결합기 구조의 1310/ 1550 nm 파장분리기

초록

We designed and fabricated 1310/1550 nm wavelength demultiplexer using the optimized directional coupler. The device was optimized by the generalized extinction ratio and the lateral shift and curved waveguide in the region of input waveguide. The embossing process using polymer materials was used for the fabrication of the demultiplexer.
