초록
P-type Bi0.5Sb1.5Te3 compound were prepared by spark plasma sintering in the temperature range of 300~420℃. Effect of sintering temperature on thermoelectric preperties have been investigated by measurement of Seebeck coefficient α,electrical resistivity ρ,thermal conductivity κ. As the sintering temperature was increased, α and κ is increased, whereas, ρ is decdreased. It was found that the hidhest figure of merit is 2.26X10-3 at 380℃ sintering temperature.
