The contribution of microphytobenthos to the biomass and production in water column and benthic zone of intertidal area

초록

To study the roles of microphytobenthos as a primary producer in the pelagic and benthic layer of Ganghwa intertidal zone, macrotidal area of Korea ,we measured the nutrients,light intensity,suspended materials,biomass and primary production of phytoplankton and microphytobenthos in the mudflat.
