초록
This paper presents a hydraulic pump driven by piezoactuator and the pump is applied to achieve the position control of a cylinder system. A simple mechanism of the piezo pump is devised and its performance is evaulated. The pump is integrated with the single-rod cylinder and a sliding mode controller is designed to get the position control. The controller is empirically realized and position control responses are presented in time domain.
