A analysis of the residential district pattern for residential environment improvement

초록

The purpose of this study is to present the suggestions for amelioration of the living environment in the collective housing complexes in the city of Incheon. For this study we investigated 388 samples located in the three Districts of Nam-gu, Namdong-gu and Yeonsu-gu out of the total 906 complexes in whole Incheon city. The result of the survey was categorized in ten types according to the present status, from which were further drawn out in seven items the criteria for the application by priority .
