초록
We have calculated the probabiliyu of H2 formation and energy disposal of the reaction exothermicity in the newly formed H2 in the gas-surface reaction on a graphite surface. Vibrational excitation is strong when the incident gas atom first appraches close proximity of thr surface and rebound toward the adatom in a direct-mode reaction mechanism. The majority of incident atoms recombine with adsorbed atoms.
