Nonlinear Finite Element Analysis in High Temperature for Heat Treatment
초록
Metals, especially at high temperature, exhibit creep under its weight. While weight effect is usually ignored at room temperature, the effect can not be ignored at high temperature because of large deflection due to decreasing rigidity of material, and the resultant creep inducing redistribution of stress and strain with time. Hence, in heat treatment, products bear deformation due to temperature variation and as well its weight and creep at high temperature for a prolonged time such as in the solution treatment. In this study, a numerical program is developed for calculating deflections by its own weight and the creep.
