Reversed Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatographic Analysis of the Peptides from Human Blood

Separation of the biological-active substances is very important task in modern chemistry, biology, and medicine. Now there is information about the peptides, which has wide spectrum of biological activity. In this work, we studied the chromatographic behavior of the some peptides, which were in the degradation process of the human hemoglobin. The separation and qualitative identification of the low-molecular peptides in the extract from a human blood were made by the reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography.
