고전압 펄스 발생을 위한 강유전체의 특성연구

초록

There are a variety of high power pulse generators already commercialized. They are especially used for military purposes. However, to use for military purposes has limitations in portability because of their size and weight. Also they need to be provided with external power source. This pulse generator that use Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3 (PZT 52/48) as pulse generating materials is relatively small, light and their structure is simple. In this paper, FEG (Ferroelectric Generator) using PZT 52/48 of 10 mm diameter, 10 mm thickness generated about 15 kV.
