초록

The zeolite membrane was grown hydrothermally on the surface of a porous ceramic support. The reactant composition for synthesis of NaA membrane was 4Na2O-Al2O3-30SiO2-520H2O. The characteristic reflection pattern of NaA was observed on the surface of ceramic disk. The surface of ceramic support were covered with a layer of aggregated mocrocrystals and the zeolitic film adhered strongly to the ceramic support. The zeolite film were 5~10μm thick. And the pressed disk-shape substrare of NaAlO2 and silica powder was transformed to the pure zeolite membrane by the hydrothermal reaction at 100℃ in NaOH solution. It thickness was 3-5mm. The permeation of alcohol/water mixture was performed on the pervaporation apparatus. As a result of permeating process, alcohol was separated from water with high separation factor not only at low concentration bur also around the azotropic point.
