성능향상지표가 적용된 분리형 마그네틱코어 표면연마기법의 사례연구

초록

This paper defined parameters that make enable to figure out performance indices of magnetic core surface polishing process and suggested new polishing method based on those parameters. This new method could reduce the temperature variation of polishing surface and increase product quality dramatically. Several experimental results showed the potential of this new method to reduce cost of polishing and increase productivity. More study will be performed appling tnis new process into mass production line.
