Radopsensitization of Tumor Cells by β-lapachone
β-lapachone에 의한 암세포의 방사선 민감성
초록
β-lapahcone (β-lap) [3, 4 dihydro-2,2-dimethyl-2H-naphthiol(1,2-b) pyran 5,6,dione] is an extract from the lapacho tree and the anti-neoplastic effect of this compound haas been known for more than two decades. The molecular mechanism underlying the cell death caused by β-lap has been intensively investigated in recent years. The purpose of present study was to elucidate the radiosensitizing effect of β-lap.
