Vapor-phase deposition of CsSnBr3 Perovskite Thin Films

초록

Metal halide perovskites (MHPs), with their tunable ABX3 composition, offer immense potential for next-generation optoelectronics due to their tunable bandgaps. However, the toxicity of lead-based perovskites demands environmentally-friendly alternatives. While Sn-based perovskites emerge as a promising option, their intrinsic instability resulting from Sn2+ oxidation requires the use of stabilizing additives.
