한부모가족복지시설의 계획 방향 및 설계 방법에 대한 연구

초록

This research is intended to formulate design directions and methods for single-parent family’s welfare facility by examining theoretical and empirical studies. Since many facilities were built in the 1970s and 80s and have been deteriorated, needs for new construction or remodeling have been raised to accomodate residents' new demands and programatic requirements. With an aim to fulfill both residents’ and program providers’ demands, a new design guideline needs to be established to inform appropriate design directions and methods. As a part of a larger design research, this study is focused on gathering and filtering data to suggest critical design directions, components, and detailed methods. As a result, design directions such as safety, privacy, functionality, pleasantness, concern for children, integration with the context, and maintenance are found significant, in response to which design methods are suggested.
