초록
Quercus acuta is a major component species of evergreen broad-leaved forests in Korea and Japan. The distribution of evergreen broad-leaved species may reflects on the climatic condition of the area. Recently the new northern limits of distribution of the Quercus acuta were found at an island of Incheon (Song 2002; Lee & Choi 2008) in Korea and Miyagi pref. in Japan(Ohashi et al. 2006). For investigating genetic diversity and phylogeographic study of Q. acuta, we isolated 8 microsatellite loci.
