Relationship Between Organizational Cultures and Capabilities in Ethical Responsibility

Ethical issues that have recently risen in healthcare institutions are certainly not limited to healthcare-related institutions. Healthcare organizations need to create an ethical environment by establishing an organizational culture. The purpose of this paper is to present a theoretical framework of testable propositions based on organizational culture, organizational capabilities, and employees’ commitment to ethical responsibility.
