Micropohotonics: Issues and Challenges for the 21st Century

초록

This paper presents an overview of our study on the subject tht is categorically termed microphotoncs. Microphotonics is a technical terminology that we are proposing to define an area of sceintific and technological study concerning the miniaturization, interconnection and integration of photonic devices, circuits, and subsystems in micron or submicron scale.
