Dielectric properties of BaTiO3-NaNbO3 film by aerosol deposition
초록
BaTiO3 (BT) and NaNbO3 (NN) was mixed at a molar ratio of 5: 5, and then an BT-NN films of with a thickness 5~10㎛ of were fabricated by aerosol deposition(AD) process. Then, a heat treatment was performed at 350, 450, 550, 650℃. The XRD analysis of the BT-NN film revealed that the crystallinity was reduced at 350 and 650. The temperatures were the phase transition temperature of NN. The polarization - electric field (P-E) hysteresis loops were examined by standard ferroelectic test system. As a result, It was confirmed that the remanent polarization(Pr) and the saturation polarization(Ps) increase and the ferroelectricity improves at the temperature range of 450 to 650 ° C. The polarization-electric field(P-E) hysteresis loops were shifted to higher values. And It is possible to search for new materials which are not known in the past or which are not fundamentally compounded.
