Agents-Based Framework for Brokerage Between Buyers and Sellers on Electronic Commerce

In this paper, we proposed a two-layered Agents framework for brokerage between buyers and sellers which can be modeled in Constraint Satisfaction Problems(CSP). The brokerage can be processed in two layers which are the competition layer and the constraint satisfaction layer for efficient linking between buyers and sellers. The candidates of sellers for buyer's buying request are selected in the competition layer and their various preferences can be satisfied by the problem solver in the constraint satisfaction layer. We modeled the problem solver in CSP. That is, the relationship of buyers and sellers can be modeled in CSP. The CSP solver makes an optimal solution which means the best brokerage to satisfy various preferential requirements for the users. We implemented the application system for dealing in real estate on Electronic Commerce(EC) by applying the proposed framework.
