밀링 특징형상을 이용한 대공정설계 전문가시스템 개발

초록

A process planning expert system for macro-process planning is constructed in this paper. It uses milling features and part information as an input, and generates macro process plan including processes, sequences and machines. Process planning rulebase is developed to determine the operations and their sequence, and ti assign the machines for the efficient setups based on the various feature information.
