초록

This study intends to examine the contemporary city in which historic basises, the cornerstone of urban culture, have become chaotic and deteriorated in the vortex of a confrontation between localization and globalization, to appreciate the way how Walter Benjamin's Flaneur understands a city with regard to place and time, memory and cityscapes, and to explore the strategy to keep up permanence and persistence of a city.
