출혈환자에서 Citrate anticoagulation을 이용한 CRRT 경험 1예
CRRT with citrate anticoagulation in bleeding patients
초록
CRRT시 응고예방을 위해 헤파린을 이용하나 출혈상태인 환자에서는 사용할 수 없어 그 대용으로 citrate를 이용한 항응고요법으로 CRRT를 시행한 1예를 경험하였다.
