초록
The acrylic rubber has good heat and oil-resisting properties that used to be important rubber in the industry. Also, the acrylic rubber was often used adhesive owing to unique sticky properties. Generally, that is used to apply for adhesive as a emulsion form. In this research the acrylate copolymers having different monomer ratio were synthesized by emulsion pol merization. However, the acrylic rubber, n-butyl acrylate (BA part) and ethyl acrylate (EA part) copolymer as an adhesive material was aggregated to obtain the non-sticky rubbery form from the emulsion polymerization. The synthesized rubber was estimated the adhesive properties by using two kind of method that were lap shear test and peel strength. The adhe i\e properties were tested by uni ersal test machine fallowing the A TM D 1002 and D 1876. In pite of the non-stick surface of the copolymer it has good adhesion trength \\hen it was compre ed b press molding. The copolymers were measured the glass transition temperature and thermal degradation properties to define the variation of thermal properties according to the monomer ratio change by using the thermo-gravity analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Additionally, size of the emulsion droplets and its stability were also estimated by zeta potential analyzer.
