초록

There is a lot of modern architecture on the open port earth located in Incheon city. And the place is the place where the western-style urban planning that our country is the first was executed. However, the place is changing to the center of the city lagged behind after 1990's. Incheon city is putting on a display of a business several kinds of in order to solve this, but cannot collect a result. Therefore, necessary measures are necessary for an improvement of a system and development of a civilian construction industry ruler.
