초록

Understanding food storage has important implication for assisted food preservation technology preventing the reduce of garden crop quality during its storage and delivery time. Thus, assessment of keeping freshness against external stimulus is the most critical and stransfer the fresh foods for consumer. SO2 pad is a useful constituent for grden crip to increase storage period with maintainance moisture and antibacterial action, but it as has a ahppen to chance of harmful to human health. So we deveoloped the new storage pad with Korean Pine extracts as a natural compound preservative for keeping reshness in the grape species.
