Computational Study on Organic Light Emitting Diodes with Emission Layer

초록

We report our simulation results on the carrier transport and recombination model of the multi-layer structure for organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs). We conducted numerical study on our model which includes Poisson’s equation to explain the carrier injection, transportation and emission in OLED devices. We used two simulation models, one of these models is a two layer structure that is comprised of a hole transport layer (HTL) and an electron transport layer (ETL).
