laterally growth ZnO nanorods arrays on obliquely deposited seed layers and its UV photocurrent response

We describe a method that ZnO nanorod can be lateraly grown in one direction on oblique seed layers. In our experimental results, ZnO nanorods wre grown from one side of the Cr line edges as seed layer deposition angles are increased. ........The sample with PDMS passivation has a higher photocurrent than with no passivation.
