누전차단기의 임펄스전류에 의한 의도하지 않은 동작에 대한 신뢰성 평가

In order to evaluate the reliability of residual current operated circuit breakers with integral overcurrent protection for household and similar Uses((RCBOs) stressed by surge currents, the unintended trip characteristics of RCBOs under the standard impulse currents are experimentally investigated using the combination wave generator. Seven types of single-phase RCBOs are tested according to KS C IEC 61009-1. As a result, all specimens pass the 0.5/100 kHz Ring Wave test. Most of test specimens stressed by the 3 kA, 8/20 impulse current trip at least one and over and some of them break during consecutive tests.
