Finite Element Analysis on the Micro-cavity Effect in OLED Devices

In this paper, we discuss on optimal design of the bilayer OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diodes) with microcavity structure. We carried out optical analysis on OLED device and calculated optimal width of overall devices for considering microcavity. We regarded emission model as an ensemble of radiating dipole antennas. So we applied Maxwell’s equation to this sequence.
