자유 입자 가공에 의한 금형 표면 조도 향상에 관한 연구

초록

Snad blasting is applied to developing the automatioc die polishing machine. The application possibility of this method was shown by experiment. In experiment, device consists of sand blasting and 5 axis moving system. The parameters such as spraying pressure, powders, spraying angle, size of abrasive grain, spraying time and direction were cosidered. The optimal codition of pressure was found 4kg/cm2.
