초록
Efficiency of LED Lighting is reduced by the thermal generated from LED chip. Therefore, as a solution to this problem, several thermal design has been progressed. In this paper, Thermal problems which is reducing a LED efficiency were controlled and considered to convert heat energy into electricity. Seebeck Effect of Bi2Te3 type thermoelectric element and Heat sink without a thermoelectric element were compared with temperature on chip and intensity of illumination in LED lighting. 6W LED were used for the comparison of two type group and were analyzed after measurement of temperature and intensity of illumination. As the result of this experiment, the area of 44 % rate in heat sink was reduced.
