The dimensional stability of knitted strutures in general has been the sbuject of several investigations by various workers,and the initial work on weft kntted structures had shownthe dependence of fabric dimensions on the loop length.We have come to know that the properties of warp kntted fabrics are much affected by their relaxation form from our previous work. In this connection We had studied on the relaxation phenomena comparing between PET and PTT warp knitted fabrics.
