An investigation was carried out on the enhancement of production, some enzymatic properties and applications the H2O2 and SDS-stable alkaline protease produced by Bacillus clausii I-52(BLCP) isolated from the heavily polluted tidal mud flat of Korean Yellow Sea along Inchon.
