70/30 mol% P(VDF-TrFE) copolymer thin films were fabricated using physical vapor deposition at the heating temperature of 300℃ and the substrate temperature from 30℃ to 120℃. In order to measure the thermal properties on the original sample of 70/30 mol% P(VDF-TrFE) copolymer, differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) was utilized. Also, using X-ray diffraction analysis, the crystal structure of the original sample and as-prepared copolymer thin films with various substrate temperature were analyzed. Finally, the dielectric properties of copolymer thin films with frequency were measured.
