Electro-optical characteristics of Ultra-FFS

We present a rigorous 3D full numerical calculation for the ultra-FFS mode cell with positive LC, and comparison with electro-optical characteristics of the conventional FFS cell structure. The simulation result exhibits that the ultra-FFS has a wider viewing angle, a gray inversion-free performance, a lower driving voltage, and better transmittance characteristics
