초록

Bending vibration of a dithering NSOM probe, whose tip end was partially submerged in water, was modeled by Euler-Beroulli theory with an additional damping term considering the water viscosity, when the NSOM probe was controled with two nodal wedges mechanically, Its vibration characteristics were analyzed numerically and compared with those of a dithering NSOM probe exposed totally in air.
