Wheel Slip Control of ABS Using ER Valve Pressure Modulator

In this work, a new type of vehicle ABS is proposed utilizing ER valve system. The braking pressure is controllled by controlling the field intensity of ER valve bridge circuit and amplified via pressure modulator. The yaw rate is also controlled by the sliding mode controler in order to improvr the steering stability of the vehicle.
