높은 Q 값의 근접장 주사 광학 현미경을 이용한 액체 내 293T 세포의 영상

초록

For observing bio-molecules immersed into a liquid with near-field scanning optical microscope (NSOM), its Q value is enhanced by applying a new control method to probe dithering system. The image of a 293T cell in PBS solution is successfully measured with the improved NSOM whose Q value is about 2,000 in the same environment. It is confirmed that the accurate tip-sample distance control is maintained under even liquid environment.
