Adaptive Braille Block Detection of Guiding Robot for The Visually Impaired

In today, Conveniencesand welfare facilities for disabled person are magnified, their activity area is widened. Specially, the braille block has been established to footway and public institution for the visually impaired.This is made surface engraving in relief to make the visually impaired feel sense of the touch on sole of a foot or white cane of walk. And this act role that do to guide direction to go. In this research, by proposing algorithm that recognize the braille block, the visually impaired is going to run role that can find it effectively and drive way. Therefore, because the braille block recognition techniques can widen the visually impaired activity area, research about correct recognition techniques is required.
