Analytical study on Resisting Capacity of Built-up H-Shape Columns Fabricated with HSA 800 High Performance Steel Subjected to Eccentric Load

초록

In this paper, finite element(FE) analysis were conducted to investigate the buckling behaviors of high-performance steel(HSA800) H-shape columns subjected to eccentric load. Three-dimensional modeling was developed using ANSYS, a finite element program. Using nonlinear buckling analysis, the effect of eccentric distance on the buckling behaviors of H-shape columns were investigated and the analysis results were compared with experiment results.
