Consistency Analysis for Functional Evaluation of Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities

Since 2017, the Korean Ministry of Health and Welfare and The Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service (HIRA) has been conducting a project of Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities (IRFs) to establish an optimal rehabilitation delivery system for subjects receiving rehabilitative treatment. In order for the Results of the functional evaluation of IRFs to be used for appropriate performance evaluation, it is necessary to maintain consistency regardless of whoever conducts the evaluation at any IRFs.
