Operationalizing contactless e-services
초록
As service creates value by meeting the needs of customers, activities that occur during service encounters with customers are crucial. This study is to expand the scope of research on customer-centered e-service encounters in online platforms. The proposed research model and associated hypotheses were tested using structural equations modeling based on data collected.
