초록
IgG4-related sclerosing disease is a systemic disease characterized by fibrosis and IgG4-positive plasma cells. It can involve various organs including pancreas, bile duct, salivary gland, lung, kidney, and retroperitoneum, etc. It can result in tumorous condition that is misdiagnosed as malignancy.
